I can't even begin to relate fella, but I do know this. You take the one way ticket you leave behind the pain, regret and sadness for others I don't beleive you want to do that.
This can get better, hour by hour, day by day, month by month.
Small piece, by small piece at a time.
You have more sunsets and sunrises to see, more goals to celebrate and more Declan blocks and passes to marvel at.
There are reasons to live and ways to do it positively.
Get a small circle of people to communicate with and stay in the game please mate.

I’ve only just seen all this and can only echo what all the others are saying about getting practical help etc.
Don’t do anything stupid and I’m sure things will soon start to look up. (As West Ham are showing now!)
There’s plenty of understanding people on here who are good listeners who would gladly meet up with you, as a start.
